Slo Flow Yoga

Difficulty – All Levels

Length – 60 minutes

No Experience required! This class will start with finding the flow of your breath, moving on to a variety of Sun Salutations, followed by a yoga flow practice. We will move at a comfortable pace allowing time for exploration, time to develop your flexibility, balance and stamina. You will learn how to safely move in and out of the postures, and will be introduced to the basic elements of the Ashtanga Practice, such as the correct breathing and gazing points.
