Crunch Time

Difficulty – All Levels

Length – 30 minutes

“Crunch Time” will give the amazing benefits of weight training and cardio combined into one sweat session.

Using a couple different methods like EMOM (every minute on the minute) and AMRAP (as many reps as possible OR as many rounds as possible) you will have to complete a set number of reps in a set amount of time, or get in as many reps as you can within a certain time frame. You will keep your heart rate up, build muscle and burn fat all at the same time!
