Full Body Blast

Length – 30 minutes

Get ready to work your entire body in this Full Body Blast 30-minute class. A warm up before each class will consist of cardio to get you heart rate up, then participants will have the opportunity to do exercises that require their own body weight, dumbbells, barbells, kettle bells, and much more to help strengthen and tone your whole body. Expect lots of repetitions throughout each set and unique exercises weekly to get the body you deserve.
