Old School Bootcamp

Old School Bootcamp is bringing it back – waaaay back to our roots!  We’re talking Lansdown days, where it all started!

OSB mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training elements.   Challenge yourself with this fast- paced, calorie-blasting workout, using the traditional Boot Camp style approach.   Participants can expect to do full body compound exercises, perform lots of push ups and various forms of pylometric and interval style exercises with little rest.   Burn baby burn!

OSB is geared toward all fitness levels. Modifications are always offered for the beginner to the advanced.
