Triple Threat (45 minute) All Levels
This 45 minute full body weight training class will kick your butt! From single sets, to supersets, and even triple sets, we will blast every part of your body using dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, bodyweight movements and even the TRX. And the best part is everything is timed!! There is no counting reps here, you just do as many as you can in the allotted amount of time.
