You don’t have to be an athlete to train like one. Get “whipped” into shape with this 15 minute HIIT full body jump rope workout! This class was designed to keep your heart rate elevated and burn fat by using intense bursts of exercise with short rest times. You’ll learn the basics of jump rope, and tone your muscles by using a variety of body weight, dumbbell, kettle bell, and barbell exercises. This class will help you develop speed, power, balance and agility through a combination of resistance, strength and low impact plyometric training.
