Being a recent graduate, single mom and working full time, I never thought I’d be able to get back to the gym and or eating right. I stepped on the scale one morning before graduation and I couldn’t believe 170 lbs AGAIN!! My weight has fluctuated up and down for as long as I can remember, and this time I was determined to complete Amy’s Online 6 Week Shred and give it 100%. Can’t say it was easy but it sure did work!

Thank you Amy for your meal plan, guidance and words of encouragement and thanks to my personal trainer Shannon for putting up with me but pushing me to do my best every week! On to new goals!
